REGISTRATION FORM 2009-2010, secure you spot for the upcoming season!

Dance Classes will be held at your chosen location every week.

This program is designed for girls and boys. The class consists of a combination of the following:

  • Tap
  • Ballet
  • Modern Jazz
  • Lyrical
  • Hip Hop
  • Contemporary Modern
Classes start in September and the dance program consists of 10 sessions (please remember sessions do not go by the month, there are four (4) classes per session). We have a recital the first week of June; the date, time and location will be announced at a later date.

Registration Cost:

You may chose between the following three methods of payment:

  • $55.00 plus a one time registration fee of $15.00 totaling $70.00, thereafter tuition due at the beginning of each session in the amount of $55.00;
    if paid after the second week there will be a $15.00 late fee.
  • Half year $275.00 plus a one time registration fee of $15.00 totaling $290.00.
  • Full year registration includes a 10% discount $495.00 plus a one time registration fee of $15.00 totaling $510.00.

PLEASE NOTE: This does not include the costume fee.

Costume Deposit Fees:

The costume deposit fee is also due at registration, OR NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 31, 2010.

Registration Fees and Costume Deposit may be made payable to Char-Mar Dance or Mary Jane Grant and may be given to the teacher or mailed to:

Additional Classes:

Prior to the recital there will be one Saturday class during the months of March/April/May held at our North Palm Beach Studio.
