“Char-Mar School of Dance is not affiliated with or endorsed by the School Board of Palm Beach County or Jupiter Farms Elementary, Marsh Pointe Elementary, or Beacon cove Elementary and the events/activities hosted by Char- Mar School of Dance on  Jupiter Farms Elementary, Marsh Pointe Elementary, or beacon cove Elementary’s premises pursuant to a lease agreement shall not be construed as being conducted, funded, hosted or sponsored by the School Board or  Jupiter Farms Elementary, Marsh Pointe Elementary, or beacon cove Elementary on behalf of Char-Mar School of Dance. The School Board and  Jupiter Farms Elementary, Marsh Pointe Elementary, and beacon cove Elementary undertake no responsibility for supervising or monitoring Char-Mar School of Dance’s events/activities and will not be liable for any and all actions of Char-Mar School of Dance on Jupiter Farms Elementary, Marsh Pointe Elementary or Beacon Cove Elementary’s premises.”
